Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures as proof. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Skincare and personal care items (if opened or used)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Hazardous or flammable goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–12 business days.
